자동차대여계약서 관계법령 공지

안내사항

1. 자동차대여 계약과 관련하여 귀사가 본인으로부터 취득한 다음 신용정보는 신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한

    법률 제23조의 규정에 따라 타인에게 제공 활용시 본인의 동의를 얻어야하는 정보입니다. 이에 본인은 귀사가

    다음의 신용정보를 신용정보업자, 이용사등에게 제공하여 본인의 신용을 판단하기 위한 자료로 활용하거나

    또는 공공기관에서 정책자료로 활용하도록 하는데 동의합니다.

2. 여객자동차운수사업법 시행령에 따른 아래 각호에  해당치 않은 임차인은 본인이 직접 대리업체, 탁송업체에

    의뢰원칙에 동의합니다. (표시□)

    ① 외국인   ② 장애인   ③ 65세이상자   ④ 국가 또는 지방자치단체   ⑤ 장기임차법인   ⑥ 11~15인승 승합차 

    ⑦ 3,000cc이상 승용차의 웨딩카

3. 그외 대여약관은 일반표준 약관에 준한다.(여객자동차운수사업법령집 제3장 제31조 자동차대여약관)

Information

1. The provisions of Law No.23 on the Use and Protection of Credit Information requires individual consent when

    providing to third parties credit information obtained by the company for the purpose of this contract.

    As such, I hereby give consent to the company to provide the following credit information to credit information

    supplier or any other information users who may use it for purpose of determing my credit level, or to government

    bodies who may use it for the purpose of policy-making.

2. In accordance with the decree and principles of Passenger Transport Act, lessee not belonging to one of the

   categories listed below agree to personally consult with their agents or consignment company.(Check □)

   ① Foreigners  ② Disabled  ③ Over 65 years old  ④ Government/Local government  ⑤ Corporate long-term rental

   ⑥ 11 to 15-seat vans  ⑦ Sedan over 3000cc as Wedding cars

3. Other rental agreement shall be subject to the general standard terms and conditions.
